Always a pleasure eating here! The cashier staff was so polite to my family and I, when we ate together. Had my 7 month old... niece with us, and she made a mess on the floor and the table. Went to the cashiers and we were very willing to clean it up,cause we felt that we made the mess and it was us who should clean it up. The ladies said they would get it for us. They sweptand cleaned it up, and that's what customer service is all about! We felt bad they had to stop and clean up for us, but theydidn't hesitate to do it! Food and Service was Awesome!! I stopped by here today and we got 2 twelve piece chicken only buckets. One was crispy the other was original. Well the crispy... was so hot we couldn't hardly eat it and the original had all thighs and legs. The last time I checked a chicken comes withbreast and wings and I got neither. I didn't realize this till after I got home late this afternoon. And I didn't think thatkfc chicken was spicy. So I am very disappointed to say the least. Read more

I usually come here and my food is good and so is the customer service . But on Sunday (June 13th) it was a hot mess. I was in... the drive through for 45 minutes. ( Others we?re in the drive through for over an hour). So I eventually decided to go in. I wastold by the manager that they were out of original chicken so I couldn?t order any and she couldn?t cook any because they didn?thave a cook. So I immediately asked for a discount for the wait and for not having what I wanted. At first the manager said noand tried to argue and then she eventually agreed to give me a 10% discount. After placing my order I had to wait 35 minutes toget my food. Once I received my food it was half cooked, messy and the part that was cooked lacked flavor. Read more
