Very slow, snail paced service. Then the ice cream was so soft it would not stay on the cone.
A great McDonald's to stop at if you're in need of a quick meal. The staff is friendly, accommodating and go out of their way to... make sure your order is accurate. The drive thru can get busy, but the staff is efficient and keeps the line moving in spite ofthis. Food is your standard McDonald's meals. They have the new adult happy meals which we tried out and enjoyed. I recommendthis location over others in the area as I've found they are the most exacting when preparing your meal - no mix ups orforgotten items. The interior of the restaurant is kept clean and comfortable, nice if you want to eat in and relax a bit.Thanks to the Mount Morris McDonald's team for making their location a stand out in terms of fast, friendly service and qualitymeals. Clean location and super friendly staff. They are very fast here!
I don't stop here often, buy it seems that they often get the order wrong at this McDonalds. Once you drive away it is not... convenient to turn around and go back. Read more
Here's my Bacon McGriddle, xtra bacon (2 razor thin slices instead of one). $11.09 for this (no) value meal. Did they invent the... shrink ray? Will think twice before stopping here again. Read more
To the guy in the Hawaiin shirt working July 3rd working the drive thru that was very "confident" about our order, you still... messed it up. Not only were we missing dipping sauce for the nuggets but the fries with salt were also soggy and tasted stale.Next time fill drinks up a little more would ya? Thankssss Read more
Between hearing all the workers complain how they're sick and didn't want to be at work today and then getting a stale bun which... had plastic in the burger, I'll pass on going back here. I'm throughly grossed out. Read more
We were at the McDonald's on Saturday 12/3/22 and had the Most Outstanding service provided by Cashier James Robinson ???? his... service was so Pleasant Most Professional service we had in a Very long time he made our dining inside so Welcoming ???? thankYou James for being so Real when we come back to Mt.
