Every single time I've come here they've managed to mess up the easiest of orders. Literally asking for soft tacos without... lettuce is making their lives easier. Oh, but that's not the worst of it. They didn't put any meat at all on 3 different itemsand put sour cream on 2 I asked for no sour cream on. These employees here do not care whatsoever. Then when I went back to havethem remake it, they messed it up AGAIN. At this point, I'm totally convinced the people working in there can't read. If I couldgive 0 stars, I would. This Taco Bell is the best one in the south Flint area, hands down. Sad as it may be, I visit here nearly nightly, probably 4... or 5 times per week anyway, and not only is the staff here great to deal with but the food is also excellent pretty much everytime I come here. Ahh yes...the health spa of taco bells. Never get what you order but still leave satisfied for some reason. Make sure you order... 5 of everything to make sure you get at least 1 thing you wanted. Taco Bell is always got some kinda line no matter what time of day, I feel like they could lower some there prices or better yet... make a better feral for soft tacos? The girl at the counter didn't know what she was doing the manager told me she couldn't stop or she would stop making food... they're slow and I will not be back I do not suggest going here update as of July 8 22 the sheer incompetence of these peopleis astounding we ordered 3 boxes 1 beef chalets supreme , 1 chicken( extra 1$) no sour cream, 1 crunch wrap supreme. they threwall of our food into the bottom of the bag no boxes, have is 2 beef chalupas no sour cream so ripped me off for 1$. my wife'schips are thrown into the bottom of the bag along with 2 orders of cinnamon twists thrown into the bag with sauce and napkins.The food is so greasy. the grease is actually soaking through the papers around the chalupas. Just beyond rude and disrespectful. Worker couldn?t even look at us or say hi, had his face the other direction and lazily... handing us our food and drinks. Until we had to literally REACH to grab our bag and were given dirty looks. Asked for all sauces& got 1 of each. Barley ANY meat in ANY of our tacos. Not worth spending your money here, go to the one in Clio off the highwayinstead! Never any issues there & they?re always so sweet! This one? Could use some advice on how to treat COSTUMERS. Read more
