There was an offer on my paypal app, to scan QR code in starbucks, it says we save 3$ if I purchase 5 or more dollar item in... starbucks, when i went to starbucks ordered a latte of 5:95$ , when I want to pay , I showed my QR code on paypal to starbuckscashier. ?cashier said they don?t have devices to scan Paypal QR code, to prevent wasting the time of the starbucks cashier , iwent a head and paid through other payment method. so please don?t carry any advance method of payments, they just use cash orcards. Going to this shop when it started first in this complex. Loved it. There had all wonderful employees who started the jobs there... from beginning. Now so many times, so many new employees, mostly younger new baristas all, many. Lately during covid time, lessvisits to this store due to no drive through available to this store. This store sometimes try to serve relatively less hotcoffee (near cold) in the evening despite this store sale is very high in general and has grown to a base of large numbers ofcustomers. Needed to ask them to change the cold coffee if served when asked for hot coffee. This does not feel good. Evenyesterday at 11:30 am, coffee was borderline hot, very mild hot. I think this store has coffee machines are not maintained otadjusted for regulatory routine maintenances. All other starbucks hot coffee serving temperature is different except this one inthis area. It?s hard to find a Starbucks that doesn?t have friendly, happy people working there. This location is no exception. The... employees reinforce why I justify spending $5 on a cup of coffee. Starbucks may have competition in the coffee market, but theyhave no competition in the quality of staff market. Read more
The store was nice and clean. Quite cozy I can say. A guy who was receiving orders was very mean. No "Hi", no smile. I asked... him to redeem my the next expiring stars, then placed my order. While he was placing the order I repeated again that I need toredeem my stars. When time came to pay I said one more time that I wanted to redeem my stars and scanned my phone. Then Ireceived I receipt for the order showing I PAID for it, and the stars still expiring the next day.... I approached the guy. Hesaid I never asked to redeem the stars and that I was supposed to tell him at the time of placing the order which I DID. He wasvery mean. Then a lady came to help to cancel the order and re-issue a new one. She was nice, helpful and didn't make big dealout of it like the guy did. I had observed him till I received my order . The guy was mean and had unhappy face toeveryone. This is Starbucks. We choose Starbucks and pay extra compare to other coffee shops for great service which we didn'treceive in this store. I understand people have bad days for different reasons, but if so, personal life is supposed be left outbehind your work place while you are at work... Read more
