Horrible, we sat waited for or food long time then others were served before us The salad bar cost extra which is fine but the... thing was basically empty. The manager sent out app ro make up for it. It was gross. Sent it back. Food came out, my brisketwas so hard I couldn't even chew it Waitress (thank you ) took it back, manager never came out nothing I will never go backand dont recommend it there to anyone. I took my grandkids here for a early dinner and the food was fantastic! But the service was terrible!
Food was great went when they had $2 margaritas would definitely recommend not expensive would definitely go back
Love this place, open a tables outside. Limited menu but great to get out! Dine in now in place and the salad bar is back!!
We dined in today since we were in the area. Bad decision. I ordered cheese sticks and 2 of them were not cooked 100%. Picture... attached. We were feeding them to our 3 yr old btw. The server was really nice. The general manager came over and wanted toreplace the 2, but I wanted it taken off the bill. I should have never been presented with that. Not many Ruby Tuesday open left in NJ and I can see why now. Calm and quiet every time I’m here which is good but for the... price of the food, it’s definitely not worth it. Chairs are either beat up or on their last stage of being broken. Tables needto be renovated as well as chairs and almost the whole infrastructure (feels old and outdated with items showing its age). RubyTuesday used to be really good years ago but they fell apart badly so save your money and move to the other places nearby. I gotchicken tenders and they weren’t even good (taste like fast food tenders and I could have made better). Fries were undercookedand salty but mozzarella sticks were good and warm but not worth coming here for that. What it used to be in the past is notwhat it is in the present anymore.
