My first time at primos and the staff there were really friendly and helpful with anything a needed, plus the store was clean.
Sorry excuse for a hoagie joint. The woman taking our order couldn?t have cared less. We got a large hoagie ($31.25!) which... looked like a second grader put it together. Very little meat, odd sized chucks of cheese thrown in and heavy on the redpeppers. No oil, no mayo, totally dry. Sandwich tasted ok, but the feeling of callously being ripped off made it a badexperience. Sure all restaurants are struggling now, but serving expensive sub par sandwiches is not a solution. I won't be ordering from this location any longer and I NEVER complain about my food. I ordered a chicken diablo sandwich and... requested a few toppings on it but when I opened it up, the chicken was extremely dry and none of the three toppings I asked forwere on it..they were missing. I had to use my own mayonnaise and oil at home because it was so tasteless and bland. Otherlocations are much better. I will try them instead. Read more
