Fast service, nice looking inside and outside patio. Food tasted great. Ordered buffalo chicken bacon pizza, mac and cheese,... ceasar salad, chicken noodle soup and tuna sandwich. Panera was the best years ago,last 2 times I went I asked for provolone instead I got a skinny sandwich on a baguette with... yellow cheese,they don't serve ham any more by still serve pork bacon,whats the difference?,my sister sandwish was not toastedand the turkey in the sandwich was not folded pretty to accommodate the lettuce ,it was just thrown inside with yellow cheeseand cold,she did not eat it. Panera use to make sandwiches that were classy, beautiful to the eye,now I feel I'm home opening abag of bread with yellow cheese,what's happening, we miss the old Panera,Will not go back. Read more
My spicy take chicken sandwich was missing the spicy pickle chips and the salad I ordered my girlfriend to-go cost 13 bucks and... was no bigger than my half salad I paid 7 bucks for. I honestly feel a little ripped off. Contacting customer service to heartheir opinion on the matter until I leave a final review. Update: They reimbursed me with a new meal. Read more
I had SUCH. AN. AMAZING experience at Panera today! My best friend and I came for dinner and we had confusions with our salad... orders. My friend ended up getting a different salad than she expected when ordering and was unsatisfied with her meal. All ofthe sudden, one of the staff named June (shoutout to June!), approached our table and offered to make a different salad for myfriend. Neither I nor my friend expected this type of kindness; and June did not fail us! She offered to and made a new saladfor my friend, even though we insisted on her not because of the work it would be. She insisted on us being satisfied with ourmeals, and even offered free cookies for us. What an amazing experience, it truly made our day! Read more
No encouragement of social distancing or masking. Lots of unmasked people. We are vaccinated Panera fans but probably won?t... return because of this. My grilled cheese sandwich had such a thin slice of cheese that it was difficult to find or taste. Seepicture. Otherwise the soup was good and my wife?s salad and soup were good. Read more
Came to this Panera for lunch yesterday and had a great experience. Food was great and the service was fast. Staff are very... friendly (a big shoutout to the lovely gentleman who helped us carry our plates to where we were sitting!) I personally lovetheir Caesar salad and Mac n cheese, my family members enjoyed the sesame salad and the Mediterranean veggie sandwich. We triedout the pepperoni flatbread, it wasn?t too bad but we thought the cheese had an odd flavor and we?d probably never order itagain. Everything else was delicious, this is definitely one of my favorite Panera?s to go to when I?m in the area. Read more
You can always be relax here! Sometimes crowded in lunch time, but there are enough tables and seats so you can use your time... here! Kind staffs always see around and they take our plate done kindly. I love here!!! The menu is of course good same qualityas other Paneras. I'm a nanny and I often bring the kids here after picking them up from summer camp. It is their favorite place for lunch. The... Mac and Cheese is their regular order and I always enjoy their new "charged" drinks like red apple cranberry. The food isalways prepared fresh and arrives hot and tasty. The staff is helpful and polite and the store and dining areas are always cleanand stocked with condiments, napkins and utensils. Read more
