I'm not sure why the option to be served at your table is given if they do not bring your food to you. We sat towards the back... of the building and I did not hear them calling out my order. Then they walked around until I finally got up and asked if it wasmy food. They acted like I was supposed to wait at the counter instead of at the table where the kids where seated. Food wasok. Didn't realize it cost extra to get enough crushed oreos in the McFlurry to be evenly distributed throughout the drink. Ifyou don't pay extra, you get a few crumbs on top of basically vanilla ice cream. Read more
Daughter went there today for a chicken sandwich and she requested cheese and bacon she had to go back twice they didn?t make... the sandwich rate either time. Manager Heather called her a liar. They didn?t fix her mistake or refund her money. I am going tocorporate now Read more

The drive-thru of EVERY D*** McDonald's I go to folks have a nasty attitude or they don't give you any napkins. WTH people?!... Some of us actually wipe our mouths on some form of a napkin and not use our clothes to clean ourselves up when eating. If you're going to make someone wait at the corner because the fries aren't done yet please make sure the fries are actually... done before sending me on my way. There's nothing worse than waiting an extended period for fast food AND the food not beinggood. PLEASE AT LEAST COOK THE FOOD CORRECTLY IF YOU'RE GOING TO MAKE ME WAIT I have soggy 70% cooked fries that tasteterrible. Read more

Went thru Drive thru and was told to wait even though the other lane had no one in it. A couple minutes later someone pulled in... the other lane and was able to place a order. When I said hello 15 times a girl came on laughing at this I left. This hashappened a number of times. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else, they don't seem to know what they are doing. Read more
