The food is pretty good for a Dunkin but the staff is totally disorganized and they're constantly putting the donuts upside down... in the bag so the frosting comes off. 3 Times I've given this Dunkin a try ???? Everytime has been a disappointment. Between wrong orders, poor service, and watered... down drinks, I've had enough. They almost never have new drinks in stock (even though their signs advertise them). Today Iactually got nauseous from my drink after a few sips - I threw it out - something wasn't right with it. This Dunkin needs someserious management help. (Pretty dirty too ????) Overall Rating: 1/10 ------ June 2022 UPDATE: Well, I gotta say. I've beenhere twice recently and it's been a better experience each time. The staff has become kinder, and the room is somewhat moreclean than it was previously. Unfortunately they have been "out" of the drink I have ordered twice now (yet u can get it fromanother Dunkin 3 miles away) I have raised my review to 3 stars from 1. The people here are extremely rude. My mom was having trouble swiping her credit card and the guy was nasty and goes it won?t... work and when she got it to work he called her grandma and as she walked away he called her a Karen? very unprofessional? Read more

What's the point of coming to a Dunkin' Donuts if you can't sit and have a cup of coffee and a donut? Although the place was... clean there was nowhere to sit and that was very disenchanting. My mother and I couldn't enjoy a cup of coffee so we had to goelsewhere. Although the clerk was very kind and considerate she was mobbed doing online orders. If you can't help people thatare coming in the door, why being business? It was a complete waste of my time going there. The virus is over. Put the seatbacks and let's get back to normal. Read more
The staff here needs more training they are very discourteous when you?re picking up your order if you ask for anything extra.... Also they will mess up your order if you do not look in your bag. I think the staff should be retrained and hard to deal withpeople specially because it?s a lot of people in the medical field going in there to purchase breakfast. Carlos is amazing. He is very attentive. He remembers my order every morning and has it ready for me. I'm actually appalled by... the other reviews.
