"Sorry - we are out of sweet and sour sauce" - should never be said at a "Chinese kitchen" - mgt should be replaced. If you... really want Panda, maybe try the Lebanon one - this one needs to close. Food was so not good. Many selections not available.Wanted premium Angus steak - said 15 mins. Lady in front spoke up - "that's what you told me 5 mins ago". Really, need to havefresh offerings for everything. When we got home to eat, the taste was so bad, we didn't eat the meal. Many restaurants -including Chinese- in the area. Read more

When Panda Express get bought out by weight watchers? Thought we get a whole scoop of chicken with our bowl. I miss the days... when you didn't see much rice looking into the bowl. Read more

I ordered the teriyaki chicken with mixed veggies. No wait when I arrived to the drive thru window. This time, the worker bee... gave me extra napkins, my fork and two packs of the sauce without me asking. Y?all this guy understands the customer needs!!! Read more

I don?t write a lot of reviews but after the last six disappointing visits to this restaurant Ive had enough. The place is clean... but it?s run by a bunch of 20 somethings who apparently had zero training, zero customer relations education, and no timemanagement skills. They don?t smile or greet you and are not friendly. If it was only one time or once in a while or even twotimes that we?ve stood in line facing empty entree bowls and nothing is said or acknowledged about the obvious lack ofavailability. The drive through trumps a live person standing in front of them. I started the stop clock on todays visit, wewere third in line with already empty entree offerings, it took 12 minutes for the first person in front of us to be served. At18 minutes it was our turn- still empty entree bowls. When we requested the (up charged) empty items we were told it would beanother six minutes. At ten minutes we walked out. We had a half hour for our lunch break. We got to spend it standing in linewith unfriendly, untrained, uncaring kids who can?t figure out the timing or customer skills. They?re pre packaged bags offood. Not sure where the manager is or how this is a consistent problem, but fortunately there?s plenty of other places to eatand now I know this is the way this place is all the time. Drive through people are served first rather than in store people, ifthey even have anything ready. Read more

I mean, I knew I was ordering from a big chain so my expectations weren?t high but jeez. The ?small? sides are so small my can... of soda water is twice the size. And idk what is happening with the chow mein and fried rice but they?re completely flavorlessand gross. No soy sauce or salt or anything. But, + 1 point for their honesty though in just straight up offering ?cream cheeserangoon.? Probably some corporate legal nonsense so they don?t get sued for offering crab rangoon when there isn?t any crab init, but whatevs. I appreciate the transparency. Read more

They are have fast service. Use to be a 5 star. Now your lucky if you get any vegetables. Second time this has happen thought... maybe cause last time was close to closing guess not. The rice is dry with a weird taste. I didn't get any sauce in my bageither. Think I hurt the mans feeling asking him to repeat things due to his fast talking. So he gave me a little attitude.
