Management left this place long ago. From the moment you enter, the menu on the wall lists foods without descriptions or prices... adjacent to the item you'd like to order. The ambiant music comes through worn out speakers. The fan above the grill is as loudas a jet engine just being turned on. Serving sizes vary depending on which person is preparing your meal. The folks preparingyour meal don't seem to be able to ask like "for here or to go" or answer any of your questions about what the items are thatyou can add to the meal. I went to Moe's today about one minute after they opened which was around 10:48 a.m. (The door says 10:45 a.m.), I entered only... to be completely disgusted. The food was at least a day old, and the workspace was filthy as if it was not cleaned the nightprior or today. To add insult to injury the black woman was giving no customer service skills, she had a disgusting attitude. Iwalked out, never to return again. It's the lack of service and accountability for me. This location needs some good management. Wait was long. Employees were not organized so that the line of service flowed. Meats... were not observed so that as they needed refilled another was ready to go into place. Dining room was filthy. We ate there andI observed that no employee came out to bus and wipe down the tables. Customers were cleaning up a previously used table withnapkins. Read more
That?s some of the nastiest food I?ve ever eaten. The steak taste like they boiled it then put it on a grill for 5 seconds. And... they were stingy as heck with the steak. I had like 6 little pieces. There was a hard object mixed in my beans. And how do youmake fresh nasty salsa?? only good thing were the chips. They sprinkled lime salt on them. First AND last time. Read more
