When I asked for the preferences I wanted for my sandwich, my requests were completely ignored, I think because of the language... barrier between the lady that was taking my order and I. I asked for a chicken mcgriddle and they gave me the mcchicken version(the one that tastes like it was made with pickles). I have no problems against the lady herself but I think management shouldput someone who understands English fluently and the request of their customers in the position of taking and processing orders. Despite going there often since it's closer when I work my gig work, it's decent. It doesn't have a play area which I can find... two other locations to bring my son when I'm in town. Bathrooms need some major work. Feels like a poor truck stop but it's alsoa gas station too. So I'm sure it's their responsibility and not McDonald's. Not sure. Food is decent. Some times they might nothave the help needed for inside vs the drive thru. Drive Tru signs need to be replaced. Unless you're an avid McDonald's fan, Iam one who doesn't know the menu as much. I would go to the other two locations before here if I had a choice. Read more
My husband went to place an order of sausage egg and cheese biscuit with a large black coffee. I have to advise he easily spends... between $3-$11 a day for his breakfast. When he pulled up to the first window the ?little girl? repeated the incorrect order tomy husband, sighed to my husband as if the error was his. And besides that sigh and she had the audacity to roll her eyes athim. The ?little girl? then brought the mgr in, who started to talk Spanish to my Brother-in-law when my husband was thecustomer. The manager did not seem to care that there was an issue but advised my husband there are other places he could takehis business. We are seeing this behavior more often that some fast food places do not want to upset their employees but youneed to address these concerns. A manager should understand and try to resolve the issue NOT SEND THE CUSTOMER TO ANOTHERLOCATION FOR SERVICE! I would hope to see this matter resolved and some sort of follow up. And I am about a week late inreporting this horrible behavior due to a surgery I recently had. Read more

We waited over ten minutes in line. When trying to order, they asked for us to wait, which was another 5 minutes before... ordering. We order two medium frappe?s and they gave us 2 smalls.
