So the first time I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was ready, 2nd dropped on floor so had to wait extra time & it was undercooked. 2 days... later, working solo at TNT Fireworks Fundraiser tent in Walmart parking lot literally 200 yards from door to Domino's andmanager wanted to charge $5 "Delivery Fee" for someone to walk the pizza's halfway so I wouldn't have to risk theft from thetent...Ran in and out, didn't see anyone steal, but how would I, I was forced to go inside...and they state in ads that they'llwalk it to car...!?! Got hung up on THREE TIMES. One of which I had already given my card info and ordered so I just didn?t know if my pizza had been... ordered or what. The girl on the phone kept talking over us and asked the same questions over and over. It?s never taken thatlong to order a pizza just to get hung up on. No wait time, no price, just hung up. Talked to the manager politely and he wasextremely nonchalant. Manager has obviously not been trained on any form of conflict resolution or customer service. Extremelymessy management and very unfriendly staff. UPDATE. We got our pizza and this is what it looked like. This was my husband andI?s Valentine?s Day movie night. I live right next to this place so they?ve had their FAIR share of my business (haha), and I what I can say about them is... this: 10/10 - Customer Service 10/10 - Delivery Times 8/10 - Delivery Accuracy (occasionally have left out sauces, and maybe 1time forgot an item?and the driver immediately went back to the store, and came BACK to deliver the item with no hesitation oroutward grief about it. So of course extra tip for that guy????) 8/10 - Food Quality (only an 8 because there have been a selectFEW rare occasions where the food has been subpar, but almost 100% of the time is perfect) 10/10 would recommend to anybody inthe area, definitely one of the better Dominoes I?ve ever had. Worst customer service. I have never seen such bad service. I ordered a veggie pizza (I am a core vegetarian) and found sausage... after eating 2 slices. When I went to manager for the issue, she just said sorry and went back to whatever she was doing. Ithrew the rest pizzas in front of her and said I will give a bad review. She just ignored.
