I rarely leave reviews, especially for a fast food restaurant, however this time I?ll make an exception. I came through around... 1130-1200 in the drive thru, it was busy as usual for a Chick-fil-A. While trying to order I had to keep repeating myselfbecause the person taking my order kept saying it was loud and she couldn?t hear and even apologized. I got up to the pick uparea and noticed my receipt was not what I had ordered. I ordered a deluxe X2 and not regular. I was fine and willing to lookover it but my daughter who has been sick and in and out of the hospital really wanted the cheese lettuce etc. so I asked ifthey could Just place some in a container and while place it on there herself to not waste the food. Vanessa absolutely refusedand said I would have to pay the difference for the cheese Lettuce and tomato and was quite direct and rude while saying it.I?ve never encountered an attitude to this degree at any Chick-fil-A. I understand everyone has bad days etc but this mistakeshould not have been on the customer. In an effort to keep the line moving and to remain calm about the situation I chose totake my order, regardless of it was correct. Terrible service inside. Didn't get our sauce when our order was brought to our table. Asked 2 different employees. One guy... seemed to be a manager (black shirt) and another girl who was bringing orders out. Neither came back with what we asked for andthey ignored us the rest of the time we were here. Go to the hermitage cfa. It's way better and they have better employees. Read more

I?ve had other minor issues at this location at they fixed. Today I walked in to place an order at the counter and was looked at... by 6 employees, not greeted, and none of them took my order. Someone did finally take my order it took longer than usual to getthe food. I?m eating I noticed that my hashbrowns are stale and extremely greasy like they didn?t wait to let the grease dripout . I?m eating my chicken minis and notice 2 of them are NOT cooked all the way and are still pink on the inside. I ordered a4 piece so I could only eat half of my order. Extremely upset Read more

Just had a horrible experience. The manager was not pleasant and did NOT go the 2nd mile. As someone who has worked for Chick... fil a for 8 years I am super disappointed and frustrated with how the manager (Jeannie) handled my situation today. This storeobviously needs to train their managers better. I will be calling corporate to complain. It?s unacceptable. Read more

So impressed with this Chick-fil-A! Playground was open! Service was top notch! They?re being smart about the store resources by... unloading a drink carrier at the table if you?re dining in. We just had a horrible experience with this Chick-fil-A. We had a six person to go order for a family breakfast. Despite the... restaurant being ~10 miles round trip, it was a family favorite and worth the trip. Well after picking up the food and returninghome, we discovered we were missing two sandwiches. While some of the family started eating, my MIL and I drove back but we wereconfronted with a store that refused to fill the order. Despite our best efforts, they (including one manager) said they put itin the bag and basically said we were lying. Driving a combined 20 miles and wasting 30 minutes to be called a liar isdiscerning. This is a major let down. You can do better. Read more
