We went here for a coffee and ended up also getting a veggie quiche and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was good, and the quiche... was good - though most of their quiches have pork. The atmosphere and the food was nice and brought this review up to 2 stars.The service was mediocre (the food was prepared and set on the counter but never notified us that it was ready). Went here with my husband to have pastries and coffee. I ended up making three purchases, one of which was over $40. The first... two times a young man checked me out and didn't ask if I wanted a receipt. I didn't know they had a rewards program until thethird purchase where a young lady checked me out. I inquired if I could put my previous two purchases towards the rewardsprogram and she said sorry she couldn't help me with that. Well that just sucks! The food was pretty good. But the service wasless than desirable. Went back a second time and was greeted by a girl with long reddish hair and glasses. When I completed my$26 order she simply walked away not flipping the screen or asking me if I wanted to receive or anything. I calmly waited 3 to 5minutes before she walked back and I asked if I could have a receipt and she told me it was too late, she also told me it wastoo late to get rewards. The girl with a long brown hair also working tried to help me but ended up not being able to reconcilethe situation although she spent a long time trying to help, I told her not to talk about it. Great coffee and nice atmosphere. Only complaint is that their Wi-Fi is very slow. I would love to sit and work here, but can?t.

I rarely leave reviews and have only left 5 star business reviews for others but felt our experience here warranted one. Went... there today to get coffee and breakfast. We arrived at 11:30. There was no greeting upon entering (which is fine but not verywelcoming). There were only two other families in the place and it look about 15-20 minutes to get our coffee and food, whichwas merely heated up pre made soufflé. We sat down and ate our food. It was fine?not the best but edible. Coffee was ok. Another couple with their child was in the middle of still eating there food when very abruptly the lights when out and theperson behind the counter said, ?we close at noon?. That was it. There was no politely saying, ?hey, we close at noon so ifyou guys don?t mind we are going to start wrapping up?, or something close to that. They literally turned the lights out as theother family was eating their food and they had to pack it all up and bring it outside. I understand respecting closing times,however, this could have been handled very differently. We love to support local businesses, but we will definitely not bereturning to Billy Goat coffee unfortunately. Read more

Editing my review since the manager reached out- I don?t know if it was just an off day or what but I have heard great things... about this place. I went and tried it out but was not pleased at all due to the girls attitudes behind the counter. It was alsohot inside (not sure if there was an issue with the AC or if it?s the norm) Coffee was good. I might give it another try, butthe girls working definitely left more than a bad taste in my mouth. Read more

Easy 5-star review for an awesome small business! Delicious Macha Latte and plenty of non-dairy options. Beauitful area to sit... outside and work under tree! Wifi reached outside! A great little cafe. Lovely atmosphere, plenty of space to drink a nice cuppa. Good for working or even meetings. They even have... a drive through!? A good wide selection of coffees, pastries, sweets and plenty of Billy Goat Cafe merch to tempt you. Read more
