I ordered a Big some type of burger with cheese, large fries, and lemonade. There was no cheese on the burger, the patties were... warm at best, there were like three fries over an inch long. This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've been disappointed in their food,so although it's convenient it will probably be the last time I go there. Read more
Drove directly to the speaker. No wait. One car had left the speaker when I was drving up and gone to the window. Sat at the... drive thru speaker a couple minutes without being acknowledged . Thought speaker was broke. Drove up to the window asked if thespeaker was broke was told they were busy. Person at the window was nice and took the order. Food took a little longer thanexpected. Would leave a zero if I could. The real problem is the employees. They are much more interested in chatting with each other than... greeting customers, taking orders, making fresh food, filling orders correctly, and cleaning the dining area. We had such hopesof another decent place to eat in our hometown of Mt. Jackson, but this place is an embarrassment. Read more
Employees didn't want any special orders. Asked for well done bacon so luckily took from another sandwich via swap that theirs... was more done than mine. Onion rings were old tasting. Read more
Very quick service, friendly staff, but didn't get our order correct. We had a party of 9 and got everything to-go as we were... driving to NJ even tho the staff was very friendly they only got about 80% of the orders correct. Read more
Stopped in here while on a trip up north. Staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Did have to wait about 5 minutes... for food, but will say it was a pretty big order as I had a car full and we all were hungry, so it was certainly understandable.Food was worth a few minutes of waiting. Terrible service. Midway through our order the cashier motions to someone else and says she needs assistance. The new cashier... asks us what the assistance is for and of course, we have no idea. We proceeded to wait about 30 minutes for our food. Theyseemed extremely unorganized and had poor communication (with exception of the one worker talking about jumping off acliff????). We finally received our food. 2 orders were cold and other was pretty good. We?ll probably avoid this place nexttime. Read more
