Menu for Cooper Spur Mountain Resort in Mt Hood, OR

We were two parents and a 4.5 year old who has never ending loads of energy! We stayed at a 2 bedroom plus loft cabin. We didn?t... use the loft but it had 4 extra kid size (twin?) beds and made us think it would be a great cabin to spend time with anothercouple with kids. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils except maybe a pizza cutting wheel which would have been nice tohave. Other than that the cabin was well insulated and comfortable for us. It looked clean and well maintained. The grounds feltsafe; something which we always want when traveling with our son. There is a short hiking trail that is good for kids startingfrom the back of the grounds. And although it is not super close to Timberline lodge the drive there was doable for us; 18 to 20mins. All in all I think we will be back to this place. We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, respectful and helpful, andwe left happy with our stay. This beautiful little diamond in the rough is absolutely worth every minute driving there. It's expectedly a little pricey, but... the picturesque tavern, gorgeous grounds and outdoor seating, and the rentable cabins in the background is exactly what seems tobe going into the prices because it is gorgeous. The food is mouthwatering and the drinks are fresh and strong. Watch out forthose annoying flies in the summer!! Read more
