ordered a 12? sub online, the receipt attached to the sub says 12?, but the sub inside the bag was only a 6?.
Terrible, just terrible! The guy working there is incompetent. I?m sure he?s good at something but it?s definitely not making... sandwiches in a fast food chain where people are watching. He?s sloppy and excruciatingly slow. I placed an online order so thatI didn?t have to go there and watch them make it. I placed the order at 12:30 and the app said it was ready at 12:50. I was inthe shop and the line was almost out the door. There was nothing in the pickup tray and by the time I got to the front of theline at 13:30 they told me they were too busy to make it. So the app is bogus and doesn?t truly reflect the status of the order.I will NEVER order from this subway again, and I used to go there at least 4 to 5 times a week. Read more
I was in this subway for 15 minutes. I was the only customer ordering when I came in, Miles the sandwich maker must have been... high. I originally wanted a meatball sub but you guys only had one meatball in the container and he tried to tell me he wouldput turkey and ham and smother it in the marinara sauce so I went for a chicken bacon ranch, he forgot the bacon at first andtried to tell me it would be an extra charge for the bacon until I reminded him I ordered the chicken bacon ranch, I also had totell him my toppings 3 times and he almost forgot the ranch so I once again had to tell him how to make the sandwich. The ladythat was behind me walked out because he was taking too long, and there was another person working with black and blue curlyhair who was trying to get him to move on but was also pretty rude. I answered a question he asked me and she interrupted andtold him to hurry with the sandwich so when I stopped taking she looked at me and said that we could continue our conversationnow. This experience coupled with a few weeks ago when I was doordashing and waited an hour for a doordash order has lead me tobelieve this location is not run well at all. The girl working was very rude and had no customer service skills. The young guy working was super polite and did a great job.... The young lady, however, was terrible and honestly should not work there. She made subway look terrible. I was not the onlyone upset that night, there was a lady there when I came back that was upset because he sandwiches weren't ready and they wereout of chicken and tomatoes. Read more
The fat lady working there is mean. She needs to be nicer. She is fiesty and she needs to treat her customers better. Once she... made a sandwich and I felt like she was mad while making the sandwich- you could taste it. The workers there should take morecare in making the sandwich rather than slab on all the ingredients to the sub. I don?t think I am ever going there again. Read more
I?m only leaving this review in hopes the owner see it and fixes his/her investment before it maybe goes under. The kids working... there T & K couldn?t care less about making a sandwich. I ordered a wrap and the kid literally took all 4 sides and pinched themtogether and wrapped it in paper?I?ll have to eat from home out of a bowl. One was working in the back while the line grew andgrew while the other one moved sooo slow. It was almost comical. I watched a customer walk out while my food was being made.Anyways?subway ingredients have gone waaay downhill across all stores but the service at this store makes it a no-go anymore. Read more

Been twice in the last few weeks at 11 am and 1 pm, and both times the lights are off and the door is locked. The food has... always been fine, and I even understand staffing issues, but something at least needs to be posted with what time it will beopen. Read more
