Yet another establishment in this area that cannot accommodate the amount of people here. I've never been to a Wawa where I had... to cross my fingers and hope that a pump was available, but this one rarely has an open pump regardless of the time of day. Thewait inside is equally as long. On top of that, getting into and out of this location requires sitting at a ridiculously longtraffic light. It's not worth it. Read more

Line out the door almost, waited for almost 10 mins to get a ham sandwich for almost $6. I work hard for my money and I cannot... believe the prices here. I normally would give five star reviews, but the woman this Tuesday, July 19th afternoon does not give orders by order number.... Made 364 before 362. According to the numbers mine should have been made prior. I have a son with medical needs that I don'thave a lot of time waiting around. Read more

I've tried not to write this review for awhile because I'm a huge fan of WaWa but this one is terrible. Mainly the kitchen/deli... area. I've wasted money about 4 to 5 times from walking out because they couldn't make the food in a timely manner. Has quickly become the WORST gas station in town which really says a lot! Most of the staff is incredibly rude, they don't pay... attention to what's going on right in front of them. They'd rather have a fool(Intentional) blown conversation with each otherthan help their guests. They are also severely understaffed and most of the time have only 1 employee at the counter. I walkedin and right back out today because there were literally 20 people in line with 1 person at the regsiter. I love Wawa but I willNEVER use this location again. Save yourself the time and frustration and find another gas station. Read more

First I want to say that this location is very nice. It seems all Wawa stores keep the stores clean I have are my low rating has... nothing to do with that I usually don?t go to Wawa because I?m more of a typical convenience store guy like 7-Eleven or Circle Kor racetrack well for my recent birthday I received a Wawa card rewards card to be exact so I figured let me go try it no theyhave good breakfast sandwiches in the morning to go and continue my day well I didn?t go so well this morning go in therethere?s not even one breakfast sandwich ready to go at 7:30 in the morning when many people are heading to work I?ve been inother Wawa stores and they always have breakfast sandwiches to go I don?t know what happened today but it?s mid week I canunderstand if maybe it was on a Monday morning but no breakfast sandwiches so definitely not a good experience with Wawa Iwalked in walked out 30 seconds later with nothing in hand. I don?t think it was a staffing issue because Wawa pays well becauseI know somebody who is a manager at a Wawa and other location so definitely staffing should not be an issue as pays very wellmight have to do with the leadership team but anyway that?s it enough for feedback hopefully they read this and make adjustments Read more

Prior to going up there tonight we called to make sure they were serving potato soup, and was told that they were. We're got... there, placed our order, paid, and then we're called to the counter and informed that they had just put the potato soup on andit would be a while before it was ready. I had also ordered two sandwiches both of which were hot hoagies, so I asked the man tonot Make them until the soup was ready. After 15 minutes I went back in to check the status, and the girl at the food countertried to hand me my sandwiches, and I explained that I had asked them to not be made. She said she had not heard that, and thatit would be another 45 minutes on the soup. The sandwiches were already cold by this point, so I spoke with the manager and gotmy money back. He had been the one who had helped me to begin with, and said he'd advised the girl at the counter not to makeany of the food until the soup was ready. No one advised me that the soup wasn't ready prior to me driving to the store, orprior to ordering or paying. Not did they tell me that it would be and hour wait when they did finally tell me. When I tried totalk to the cashier he told me he had to get his order that was ready while I decided what I wanted, and left me standing there,which is how I ended up having the manager help me in the first place. I was so excited when this location opened, but it hasbeen a huge let down. This is not the first time I've had issues, just the final straw. I won't go back. Read more
