Was my favorite store ! Love all the people but tonight I was screamed at because I asked about the free donut that was on... special this week she started screaming that I can't order at the window when absolutely no one was behind me then I asked herwhy she was screaming at me she slammed the window told me I wasn't allowed on the premises anymore! So I'm not sure what herproblem is but I will be calling the manager in the morning this girl needs to go!! I go to this Tim Hortons every singleevening after I get off work I have never had an issue with anyone again most of the staff there is really nice helpful and kindI don't know where they got this girl but it's a very bad look for the store! ???????? Waited 15 minutes for three lattes. Nobody in line before or behind us. They didn?t give us a receipt. I waited 15 minutes for... whip cream water. That?s what this tastes like. They brewed hot water and put whipped cream on it. Read more
I took my kids here to get a spot of ice cream and a couple doughnuts. I was waiting patiently to ask the lady behind the... counter for a couple samples so my littles could see if they really did like the kind of ice cream that they were looking at.Before I got the chance to ask for said samples a had two rude ladies step in front of my children and I asking for samplesfirst and they got theirs first before we were even spoken to and they were served first. We were also never greeted when wecame into the store at all. After the rude ladies got their ice cream and then complained that they couldn't use a gift cardthey said they didn't want their ice cream anymore and told the lady she could put it back. Only then were were served... Iasked for two SMALL scoops of ice cream...not what I got. I got two overflowing cups which I didn't want because I KNEW theywouldn't eat THAT much. I had to throw about 97% of the ice cream away...I was never offered my receipt and I had to ask for it.The lady couldn't even bother to give it to me...she printed it out & walked away!!! Beware of this store. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CHANGE THEY GIVE YOU. THEY ROB PEOPLE BY GIVING INCORRECT CHANGE. Came in for my coffee... that was supposed to be free from roll up the rim. They proceeded to tell me my coffee was not free. I gave them $20.01 for alarge and they gave me $2.29 in change. This was at 6:30 a.m. When asked, they refused to count the drawer. And had the nerve totell me I was not supposed to be coming to this location due to being banned. Yet I have been coming here for months and wasnever told this until today. I called the police and all of a sudden the franchise owner who they claimed was not there came upto the store to count the drawer. Then lied about the change I was supposed to get. I want my $18 YOU STOLE from me. Explainswhy this Tim Horton's is never busy. The store is unkept and terrible customer service. Read more
I love there blackberry mint refresher. I also got there strawberry cheese cake donut it was so good.
Unbelievable, terrible service. The worst Tim Hortons for at least 100 miles. Took 20 minutes at the drive thru. Order is never... right. Help is needed now. Forth time I visited in the last couple of weeksand they have no ice. They don't even think to go to the gas station across the street. Pretty sad. Read more
