Never really have an issue. Ice caps always taste the same. Lately it's the muffins that have been out of stock or newer items... which is understandable. 4 stars because we seem to get the same last at the drive thru window and she must hate her life yousay "good morning" or "thanks" she just ignores you. The manager was so rude. A woman. I bought a simple small vanilla cappuccino it was watery and not sweet. I added sugar from gas... station it was still nasty so decided to take it back. When I did the manager acted like it was a big issue and got upset Ididn't have a receipt but they didn't give me one so always ask for receipt and try coffee before pulling off. The cashier waspleasant the manager was very rude to her as well talking to her like a child saying do the refund like I told you. I feltmistreated not everyone is welcome at this location. Read more
Made me wait for over 10 minutes for a sandwich and a donut. The donut was completely messed up and on top of it the cashier... didn?t say a single word to me. Didn?t even tell me the total. This place is literally the worst. I?d starve before ever goingback here again. Read more

I'm obsessed with iced coffee. It's an issue... But they make it so good ???? on occasion it's watered down or not enough... creamer but most of the time it's really good. Sometimes I'll get a stale bagel. Not sure what that's about. I just wish theywere fresh, not last night's bagels.... Read more
