Do NOT order from this store. Not only did they cancel my order after over 20 minutes of them saying it was being made, but when... I called up (took four full nine-rings), I asked to speak with the manager. He said he was speaking. I asked him why my orderwas cencelled and he claimed he never received it (even though we can track this through the taco bell app and it was mostassuredly received and being made). I told him maybe he's mistaken and he proceeded to YELL at me that he has been there "since5 pm and never saw my order come through." I asked him politely to stop yelling and that I understood how busy they must be, buthe continued on his tirade of me being wrong and wouldn't let me get a word in edge-wise. I finally got an opportunity to speakand when I did, he said, "I am gonna hang up on you." He did. Extremely inappropriate, used foul language *as manager*, and hungup on a customer. Order 5 items and get 3 missing the most expensive thing, forgetting sauce, then they don?t answer the phone when you call them.... Think maybe the rude fat bi$$$ in the window probably stole it. Mumbly cashier, told me kiosk was card only. Tried to verbally place order because I was paying cash, she had walked away before... I could, another employee walked by and said their is cash option at kiosk, so I placed my order , but nobody came to theregister for me to pay. They never made my food. Every few months I go back to this particular t.bell.. Always the hopeful thinker.. As usual when it involves this location, my... hopes are too high. I was the 3rd car in line.. Let me be even more clear . The other two cars were already in line to pay andpick up.. So, when I turned into lot, I had immediate access to speaker.. I sat 27 minutes after placing my order.. My reward,VERY COLD FOOD ???????? which is what I didn't want or especially PAY for .. Next time I'll just throw my money out the windowand probably get way more satisfaction..From now on anytime I see a Taco bell sign my eyes and brain now convert that sign to ??????. Read more
