Tried this location twice within the last week. First time I just got the wrong bread on my delivered mobile order. No biggie.... Couple days later I go in person and they just handed me the wrong sandwich. When I went to get it corrected, the guy who got mysandwich was arriving at the same time. Comical. The employee offered me the same sandwich he had taken home, and I had herremake it because I can't even begin to go into the issues that could arise from that. For instance, that other guys sandwichended up in my trash before I decided to go back. Huge liability issue. Completely irresponsible. Read more

Now in days, it?s too much to ask for the BARE MINIMUM . I literally don?t even expect to greeted going in restaurants anymore... but the young lady working was extremely NICE & pleasant. My only problem is, the guy who made the two sandwiches I orderedliterally just threw everything together. I ordered a spicy Italian but have cheesesteak inside because he literally wasthrowing meat. My biggest problem was HE DID NOT wipe the knife after any use and he made 4 sandwiches in front of me. AlthoughI had a spicy Italian with just only lettuce, salt & pepper. The middle of my sandwich has MAYO & some type dressing because ofthe knife. Instead of ?bothering? him to fix it, I just cut around it and ate what was decent. I just thought it would be commonsense to AT LEAST wipe the knife. I should not be tasting what the orders before me had. (8/12/22 around 8pm) Read more

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Placed an order online, order was made incorrectly, was sloppy and discussing. Attempted to call and... resolve, VERY RUDE FEMALE HAD attitude from the beginning, she would not provide her name, hung up on me, and refused to answerphone, when I tried calling back. After calling back continuously for 40 min, a male associate finally answered, named ?ALVIN?(which I am sure is legit) told me he was new, the female left and he did not know her name. I asked him if there was a schedulehe could look at, and he told me, he does not know any of the people on the schedule. Will be calling the manager and corporateoffice.
