Lobby is closed more so than open . Line is always slow and cars are instructed to wait for cashier to motion forward. This is... to falsify drive thru service speed. Customers are waiting 30 to 40 min for orders but the timers are not clocking the actualservice times due to the cashiers demand that cars wait to be motioned to the pay window. Read more

It's not very often I write a review but when I do it because there needs to be a change. I visited this location around 1pm... today and was greeted by a person that didn't smile through out the whole experience. No welcome and no have a nice day or thankyou or anything. When I got my food at home which is about a mile or two down the road. My food was cold and the fries were verytough. Also one of my chicken strips had a hair in it. We will not patron this location ever again and hope things change. Read more

By far the most Popeyes. The service is extremely awful and there is never any urgency or customer service. The wait is always 2... hrs and the food is still cold and or wrong. Today was my last time visiting. Restructure and figure out a better way to serveyour customers. Read more

The ladies at this Popeye's were so kind and professional. The gentleman in the back was constantly putting up hot, fresh food.... Never stopped working. The food was hot and fresh. Highly recommend this Popeyes. Great job to the Popeyes team Read more

The drive thru line here was pretty long so it took about 15 minutes before I got to make my order . The food here was hot and... fresh . Really was delicious so I really don't have any complaints. Read more

This location is very unsanitary. Recently I decided to visit this location. Of course, the drive thru line was very long. So... I decided to go into the restaurant instead. The dining area had food crumbs, and trash on the floors,counters and tables. Oh! Iforgot to mention the restaurant just opened for the day at 1030am. I arrived at 10:45 am. So there should be absolutely NOreason as to why the DINING AREA was trashed. Also, my son had to use the restroom. So I asked for a key to therestroom........The restroom was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! This restaurant should be closed down. Honestly. The food is tastybut....how about you take a look inside of the restaurant sometime to see the conditions of where your food is being prepared. The staff did not have on the proper attire to prepare food either. One more fact..the manager was sitting in the dining areaspeaking very loudly with an individual, laughing instead of getting her establishment ready to serve customers! DISGUSTING. The line was very long and slow. BUT I did find out that the lady was handling everything by herself!!!???? And the line was... moving at the same pace as other restaurants with more staff! But get this, my order was correct and complete! Give that lady araise immediately!!!!!!! Lucky for her, two more employees finally showed up by the time I was leaving. Read more

The wait was unforgivable. There were only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled in, which was a surprise in itself. It took a few... minutes before my turn to place an order. The order taker was quite nice but mad it clear not to move past the two yellow postsright before the window. He said he would waive me in when ready. I sat for 15 minutes with the same two cars ahead of mewaiting to be waved in. I finally pulled off and went elsewhere. Looking in the drive-thru window, I saw a few employees huddledup. Not sure if they were having a meeting or not but whatever they were doing resulted in many cars pulling out of line behindme. Read more
