Will not be returning. Dining area was not clean. Can't imagine how bad the back is if the front is disgusting. Service was... so-so. Hubby was yelled at from the counter for forgetting cups. Fries were soggy. Guess at least it was quiet inside. Read more
Just went there it's 6:10am, for my 1 cup of coffee I get every morning. No one is there at the drive-thru and I pulled around... to the window I can see everything on and cooking and coffee steaming but no one answering. Honked my horn several times. Guessthey like to ignore customers. Don't go here and don't bother. The mcdonalds a mile down the street from this one gets it right.Corporate needs to come in and help this location. Top bun was stale, lower bun was soggy while somehow both patties were dry and cold. Not to mention how I somehow got spicy... chicken sandwich sauce on my Big Mac? this is only my first review but I?ve had more bad experiences than good at this location. Read more
I would give this location less than 1 star if I could. It is near our previous home so it was convenient but that is about the... best thing about this location. Very rude staff, very unclean. Our last visit we brought our daughter and a few friends to eatin the dining room, our order took forever and was incorrect then five minutes after we sat to eat the manager walked into thedining room and literally shouted, "the dining room is closed now you all have to leave, it's our policy" you will not catch mehere again, it's a shame, most locations are clean and well run. Only reason I am giving this place a 5 stars is because of their drive thru worker Sarah, I come there often and I have been... seeing her majority of the time at the 2nd window. And seriously her customer service is spectacular and her kindness keeps mecoming. I have had AWFUL experiences in the past at this and many more but to come to a fast food and actually get kindness andlove is rare nowadays. I usually never leave reviews because I?ve worked in customer service for years and I know people can be rude, but this location... is lazy, lazy, lazy! The quality only gets worse every time you come here. Staff clearly does not care about their job, anddon?t even know to ring stuff up correctly (or wrap a hamburger correctly). You can tell the food has been sitting there forhours, it?s stale and overcooked. Staff is not rude, but also not polite. They are dry and lifeless. You can say have a niceday, and they say nothing and just stare at you blankly. The store owner or corporate must not be paying enough attention tothis location, or they just don?t care. Another bad service experience! The employees here were rude and condescending, my burger was made incorrectly and cold as ice.... Normally I check my food but headed back to the hospital and thought just after I pulled away. Realized it was all wrong andcold I had to get back in the drive thru line as their dining area was closed. After waiting finally able to tell them and wastold for hot fresh burger it?ll be4min, I?m fine with that instead of old precooked meat. I pull up to next window and figuringI?d pull over to wait she handed me a bag and said that the 1/4 ponder takes 80 seconds to cook. The meat on it was hot, burntand falling apart. 80 seconds to reheat and burn it? I?m tired of paying 9-10$ for food that is cold, And rude employees don?thelp either. Waited 30 mins for a curbside order of 2 burgers and a coke. 15 minutes in the curbside spot and 15 minutes inside the store.... Needless to say I was upset. They did comp me a large fry and a couple holiday pies, which weren't bad. I was disappointedbecause I have never had any issues with this store before. Read more
