I placed an order. They delivered to the wrong address. Did not call. I call customer service and waited 20 min. On hold. By... this time is almost 10 pm. She told me I have to wait 7-10 days for my refund. I have waited over an hour, no attempt toredeliver so I got no food and have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back. The rep did not care and told me that?s what itlooks like and hang up the phone on me. That?s the worst customer service I have received. Read more
Great cheap pizza, probably the best of all of my local locations. They always make great hot pizza perfect for a rushed meal.
The lady knows her stuff and was seeming to be training and handling most of the customers. I'm not sure what her name was... because she has to help the one who name is on my receipt but she was excellent! Wish I could have gotten her some coffeebecause she appeared to always have what seemed like was going to be a long day. Keep up the excellence in management! Read more

I freaking love this place who doesn't love Little Caesars? Your food is literally always hot and on par every single time I've... never had a problem, sometimes the bread sticks are a little bit doughy but there's nothing wrong with that I suppose.. Read more

The food here is definitely good for what it cost. The staff here is fast and efficient. Sadly they don't have a public restroom... (I'm sure it's because it's an in and out type of store but that would still be a nice courtesy). Another thing I don't like isbeyond the control of anyone here.... they stopped even carrying red onions. Not in their salad and not for their pizza. That'sa shame. However, for their food and staff, I dont have a bad thing to say about them. Read more
I typically do not write reviews and usually verryunderstanding on issues. So beleive me when I say this was a horrible... situation. I order the call of duty meal, my kids love it. I have one problem one of my little kids only likes cheese pizza. Sowhen I ordered it I said 3 call of duty meals one of them is minus pepperoni. They messed up the order I waited over 20 min.One of the employees apologized and provided a coupon for next visit. Which made up for the issue. Good right no. A week later Iordered the same thing and again same exact situation. With an added bonus coupon was next accepted it was expired. In additionto that between one employee and the manager on staff they escalated the situation instead of de-escalating. There is more thatwent wrong, but I think you see new leadership should be appointed. Read more
