Don't ask for the make and model of my car, and then direct me to park in front of the store and put my hazards on for curbside... pickup if you're just going to throw my food on the shelf and leave it there in the store. Ran into this location on Tuesday was limited on time and was surprised at how fast they were. The assistant manager kept calm... throughout the craziness of the lunch rush and a yelling customer who in my opinion just needed to yell. He really had nolegitimate issue with his service or food. She was able to continue getting sandwiches made and out the door while greetingcustomers. She deserves a raise for the job she does will be back because of her. Read more
Store is clean and seems efficiently run. Staff is polite and professional. Product quality is good. Why the missing star?... Specifications matter. When the Spicy East Coast Italian first came out, I loved it. The last few times I?ve ordered it though,it was missing the taste of all the ingredients to make it special; I mostly just tasted mayonnaise. It was no longer a spicyEast Coast, but a bland Midwest. I mentioned it to an employee, who was polite and directed me to the manager, who was alsopolite. The only reason I am writing this review is just to kind of reinforce my original point, and that is the items on themenu need to be made to specification, and if they?re not, people with discerning tastes will notice. I realize we?re justtalking about subs here, but Jimmy John?s has always been a cut above the other shops. If it was Subway, I wouldn?t even bother,but this is a good brand and I want to see it stay great. I am retired and don?t have a lot of money to spend, so when I eatanywhere, I want the whole experience. If it?s just about food, I can do that myself. I want to order something from the menuand not have to give any special instructions. If I start doing that, I?m doing their job, and if I?m doing their job, I mightas well be cooking for myself. I realize I?m a little bit pickier than the average customer, but I don?t think I?m wrong to holda good restaurant to the standards that they themselves have set. Jimmy John's is a very tasty, affordable, and convenient place to get food from. The subs, and sandwiches that they have to... choose from are very delicious to say the least. I have yet to eat one that I do not like, and they have a few good soundingone's I'd still like to try though. This is a very affordable fast food place. The prices can be very easily viewed on theirwebsite, with a very descriptive menu to look at. This place is very convenient in many ways. The first, and I consider thebest, they actually deliver your food without a middle-man like grub hub or others. Although with that service I'm not sure howfar the reach is with farther locations.
