I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I called because I placed an online order, it said my delivery would be here in 60 mins,... after 57 mins it said my pizza was just put in the oven. As a manager at Pizza Hut I know how this works. 10-15 mins to cook thepizza and 10-30 Mins to deliver it depending on how busy you are. I called and spoke to the manager ?Rachel? expressing myconcern about my delivery potentially being 30 minutes late and was overly polite. I was instantly hung up on. I called back andwas accused as a liar saying that they didn?t have my order even though the app confirmed it, they didn?t even ask for my name,phone number, or email. They didn?t even try and look to see if I placed an order. From the rip I was accused as a liar and anscammer. I then asked for corporates number and was denied it. Horrible customer service and my pizza showed up almost an hourlate. EDIT!!!! Pizza showed up over 30 minutes late and and howie bread didn?t have extra cheese even though I requested andpayed for extra cheese. Crust had no flavoring even though I requested garlic. Delivery driver said they ?didn?t have a copy ofthe receipt? when I asked for it. Read more
Ordered 2 calzones and cheese bread without Cheddar cheese. When the food arrived the bread had cheddar, which is not what i... paid for. When i called they said i would have to drive up to the place to get a replacement. I called back again as i wasfurstrated and they did not belive me. I paid for a service i did not get,basically they messed up and told me we dont careabout you our staff says it was right. I used to run a howies before these people were prob even born, i know whay cheddar lookslike and tastes like. They should have said hey we will give you a credit or sorry even, or we will bring one out.but no theydont care about customers. Money is not worth what it was, dont spend it here. Honestly, not a fan of this Howie's. Never took COVID seriously, food is usually medicore and now all of a sudden no longer... accepts coupons I bought from a fundraiser, have used at that store before, but now it's no good. I honestly like to avoid usingthis Howie's whenever possible Read more
SO DELICIOUS!!!! It's been a while since I've had HH. But after just devouring some pizza and wings, it's fair to say they have... only gotten better with time. A true Michigan pizza. Always made exactly how you ask for it. And they even used a coupon for meand saved me $2 without me even having asked. All around great HH location. Will be back sooner this next time. Read more
