Very upset and disappointing! The sign clearly says when your order ? free blizzard if not turned upside down ?. Got up to the... window and a young kid handed me two blizzards. I asked since you didn?t flip them do I get two free ones. He said they don?t dothat there, it?s only available at participating stores. I said wait a minute? Your sign clearly states you get one free if it?snot turned upside down when ordering. He just smirked and didn?t say anything. Went to grab some ice cream on break amd left empty handed. A small food truck it may be acceptable to not accept $50's or... $100's, but Dairy Queen!!! Unacceptable... Ordered 2 blizzards, they put them in a bag... One didn't have the lid on, as they overfilled the cup. Ice cream dripped in the... bag (bag was dripping ice cream), and of course all over my truck... Not happy... Spoiled ice cream smells nasty!! Had to cleanmy truck up. I will not be ordering blizzards in the near future and I may not visit this location for a while. Read more
Waited in line for 40 minutes. When we got our ice cream it was all liquid so we had to put everything in the freezer when we... got home. They let it sit on the counter for 30mins until it was our turn at the window. Should have been made when we got tothe window. Poor Service here. Read more
Inside closed, very slow drive thru. Large order held everyone up; long wait. By the time I got the hot fudge sundae the fudge... was stone cold and the ice cream was soup. It was obvious they filled the order way before we got anywhere near the window. Notgoing back if forced to use drive thru. Read more
I wish I had remembered to take photos. I went around 5p. Remind me to never go during that time again. I paid $9 for 2 ice... cream dishes. The amounts of ice cream were so small, even if you put them together.... They were in a bag so I didn't see themuntil I dropped them off. Otherwise I would've taken them back for a refund. Ice cream here is delicious. Their hot fudge is thick and always generously applied.Their chili cheese dogs are also amazing,... and I'm not a hot dog person at all. My only complaint is they don't have butterscotch dip anymore. I consider that a staplethat should be put back on the menu. Read more
