I have been coming to this location pretty regularly for about 4 years and it has seen its share of rough times! It recently... came under new management and they have really turned themselves around!! I think her name is Emily and she is doing an AMAZINGjob! She is friendly, courteous, and quick! The staff at this location is "OUTSTANDING". I pull up and start to place my order and they immediately remember me and repeat... my order back to me before I can even finish. They even remembered the funny story I shared with them regarding the drinkcarrier and my horrible driving skills. What a breath of fresh air to be treated with such kindness. This store is really clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. They have books that you can read while there and... you can donate books to be read which means they are not rushing you to leave. I've seen the staff here take interest even insomeone's dog that they didnt see when the owner of the dog came in. This truly impressed me. Read more
Today my girlfriend and I went thru the drive thru and let me tell you it took at least 10 mins before they took our order. Then... another 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru with only one car ahead of us. Finally we arrived to the window, recieved ourdrinks and pulled off. Turns out my girlfriends drink was totally bland. No flavoring of any kind at all. They barely put anyice so it was mainly warm. Just very disappointing, I had to give her mine she was so upset. Best Biggby I?ve ever been to. Staff was very polite and had lots of positive energy which is great. Other day crazy lady was in... front of me screaming about a little piece of foil in her 3 dollar drink. Crazy. But staff did amazing job taking care of it! Read more
