Placed a to go order. Food was ready on time, friendly staff. Food, well I had BBQ better then this, but theirs was good (Ribs,... brisket, pork). Sides (Mac cheese, 1/2&1/2, Greens, Sweet potatoes) was very good! Niece got the kids burger with fries, poorpackaging of fries for a to go order. Soggy stale tasting fries, (heat creates condensation which creates heavy moisture in aclosed container.. do fries lovers a favor and get up to speed with better packaging of said items); get that 5th star! What's up with the eco friendly charge from a carryout place and why aren't you told about it before you place your order? My... bbq chicken salad was light on the chicken this time around & the onions not cooked as well as previous salads. I know not toorder from here in the evening. We had a great experience with the catering team! I had a small event planned for about 10 people. I ordered the day before... and received several confirmations which I appreciated. The guy that delivered the food was very nice and prompt with ourrequested time. The food was well packaged and our order was 100% accurate. Everyone enjoyed the food and it even surprisedthe guys who have never had it before, saying it was better than the other places in the area and in Detroit. We didn't haveany food left, which is always a good sign! My wife and I frequent the restaurant and will now use the catering side again. Pig candy is definitely a treat once in a while. I get the Hammer sandwich and never have room left for anything else. It's the... perfect combination of bbq, texture and balance. Oh and their Arnold Palmer is a great shareable. Definitely worth the carry-outif you can't get to a dine in location. Oh and don't under estimate the Detroit style nachos! Read more

My wife and I got carry out from here on 8-6. It was the only thing that I ate that day. 8-7 I woke up feeling awful, unable to... eat or drink anything. 8-8 is even worse. Pretty sure I got sick from the smoked chicken. That is the 2nd time I had a not sopleasant experience with Bad Brad?s food. There was a lot of staff working and getting orders out as fast as they could and thelobby / waiting area was clean. Will not be back to the Groesbeck location. Read more

WOW what amazing barbecue!!!. Ordered items pig candy , half chicken and Johnny Diablo sandwich. The pig candy is just that. ... I'm not even a fan of bacon...but these were so incredible.
