I wish I would have gotten the name of who was working drive through on 10/30/2022 at 11:30 am. This woman was so friendly and... sweet. But she was so professional. It threw me and my husband off in such a great way. Just the way she spoke went an extralevel beyond what we expect. If management sees this, give this woman a raise and make her your trainer. She was amazing. Youwould be stupid not to. The food was fresh and timely. So that was great too. Last but not least, the new Diablo spicy chickensandwich is not the level of spicy as all these other spicey chicken sandwiches from other restaurants. That was hot af. Youhave been warned. Read more
I called and talked to the manager at Arby's several nights ago after being frustrated with driving up there on several... occasions only to find that it was closed although Google listed it as they're still open for a few more hours. I was told thatthey have been dealing with an ongoing shortage of workers to fully run the restaurant that closing time varies each night. Ifthey don't have enough workers for the evening shift, it can close as early as 7 p.m. The manger recommends to save yourselfTIME and GAS that you should CALL FIRST to confirm that Arby's location is actually open. There was a girl with braids there today, that was absolutely fantastic and deserved a raise. Made sure my order was 100%... correct and gave me my sauces. An extra cola aswell. Thanks so much for fantastic work and you deserve a raise. Read more
We have been waiting here for over 45 min just for a simple meal then after waiting they finally gave us our food back and it... was the wrong order. This man came back because his food was wrong too and he waited another 15 minutes after waiting 30 tobegin with. Read more
Tried the chicken nuggets, real chicken not processed, breading was not overpowering, they were good, gyros are good I like the... french dip sandwich, but make sure you get the french dip cup, they sometimes forget and it's a huge bummer, when you gethome!
