Bacon king was dry, couldn't finish the burger because it didn't have any sauces! It was also burnt.
Staying at the KOA in Grayville, and wanted an Impossible "burger." The best tasting one so far was from this BK. Service was... fast, courteous, and professional. Surprised me actually given the surrounding vibe of everything around the BK. Can't judge abook by its cover. Read more
Management and staff at this location are always engaging and in good spirits. During this visit the on shift manager... immediately addressed an issue with the door and is always helpful and polite. I would like to give you 5 stars and say you're a great restaurant but after reading what you did to a gentleman in a... wheelchair. I would definitely think twice about coming there now that gentleman hits hard for him to come in because of all thedoors so instead he tried to come through drive-through to get his food you were very rude with him most managers would helpinstead of helping or trying to come up with a way to help you went out and embarrassed the guy in front of everybody I thinkthat is not very incumbent of a professional manager therefore I will no longer eat at your establishment until this isrectified. The food here is always and I do mean always fresh. Never once has there been a mistake in the order. Burgers are so much better... grilled. Fries are always fresh from the fryer! No cold FF. Stop by when passing through Mount Carmel , Illinois. You will beglad you did! Read more
Went for a quick bite after my Covid testing at Wabash Hospital. Ordered a couple of bacon croissant sandwiches for the 2 hour... ride home. A few seconds after leaving I opened the bag to distribute the tasty breakfast treats, only to discover coldsandwiches. How disappointing this was. This was at 8:15 in the morning and there were no other customers in the drive through,so being rushed wasn?t an issue. Shame on you Burger King. Definitely not what we expected. Read more
