Absolutely terrible customer service! They were so rude on the phone to begin from the beginning. I placed my order for pick up,... once I got there I paid for my very pricey order and took it home. Once I got it home I unpacked everything and immediatelyrealized a few things were missing. I called to address the issue and the lady on the phone insisted I never ordered the thingsthat were missing. I know FOR SURE I ordered them because the man repeated my order back to me when I placed the order. Theystayed on the phone and argued with me for over 15 minutes until I gave up and took the loss on the food I ordered and paid for.DO NOT EAT THERE, they do not care about their loyal customers. I placed an order over the phone. They read it back to me accurately. It was a lot of food and ttotaled over $90! I picked it... up and realized there was a whole dinner missing and no white rice. I called and they argued with me that they didn?t charge meand would only bring rice. Even though they made the mistake! Very poor customer service. Won?t be going back and neither shouldyou! one of my favorite places to eat, the food has a mixture of tangy, sweet, spicy, sour, and pork smell all at once, sounds weird... at first but when you walk in their, the smell of it all really makes your mouth water for a tasty meal!!! Read more
They are better Chinese food places in the area than this. Ordered a lunch combo with pork fried rice and was basically given... yellow fried rice that was bland. The chicken and broccoli was old, and the brown sauce was very watery and bland as well. Won?tgo here against. The gentle tsao?s chicken has a nice crispy to them but the sauce was way to sweet. If i could give them 0 stars I would, most definitely one of the worst Chinese take out places. I ordered the house special lo... me in which I asked over the phone what it came with, the girl explained it contained beef, pork, shrimp and vegetables. It wasa surprise when I found zero shrimps on my plate and barely any other protein. Also they didn't pack no utensils or sauces. Iwould advise to search for a new Chinese place unless you accept mediocre food! Read more
