Glad I ordered online. They were not prepared for a weekend rush. I'm sure like everywhere else they are short staffed.

Ordering food for my kids late because we had been in a car for hours get home order it from 12 until 1245 I fought with... domino?s website to send my order thru it just kept telling me it was having temporary issues and rerouting me back to the mainpage I finally get t thru @1245 and they cancel my order if I had a phone I would had called to explain but I broke my phone soI can?t call out if they would had bothered calling me I could had answered it but no this is literally the worst website toorder from and absolutely no customer service was given to me at all this would be why I quit ordering from them in the firstplace Read more
It toke a hour 35 minutes for 2 pizza's to make there way a mile away from me. The pizza doesn't taste the same and it was dry.... It was barely warm and I know they sat for that whole time till they got to us. If you only have one driver then maybe youshould let customers know that order. Maybe close up if you have everyone calling off. We didn't get a discount or anything forthis issue. I can watch a movie, go to the grocery story and get a shower before there here. But main thin is there pizza is notthe same taste at all....I would like a refund and I will not ever order there again. Read more
I ordered 2 medium pizzas. They guy taking the order had a very hard time with the computer so hopefully my order is correct.... One of the guys in the line started my pizza and this other guy told him NO cuz he had an order firv20 pizzas. He barked ant theguy making my pizza and said I?m the boss so do what I say. I asked him ? why didn?t your tell me that before I paid for myorder. Now I have to wait 35-45 minutes for my order. I told him I would have gone somewhere else. He was very rude for beingthe boss. I typically have zero issues with this location. My star rating isn't for the store or the staff per say but the system. Today... Our pizzas sat in the Quality Check, which I assume is the heat lamps, for an hour. I mean who wants to eat pizza that has driedout under heat lamps for an hour. I hope the owner sees this and figures out some sort of system to combat this. There were 15other orders BEHIND me!!! That's crazy to be that far behind and to keep taking orders. Anyway the staff was very friendlywhen we called to see what was happening as well was the driver when he finally was able to get to us. Read more
