If you order your pizza for pickup at a certain time its usually done early and sits in a hotbox til you get there. And it never... fails they don't cut your pizza so you can just grab a slice.. Pretty standard Little Caesars experience for me. My order was taken and processed pretty efficiently and I was handed my two... pizzas in under 10 minutes on a Friday evening. It did appear another customer waiting in the store with me had put in theirone pizza order 25 minutes earlier and was still waiting for it when I left because it had been lost in the shuffle somehow. I've never seen a worse looking pizza in my life. I could have walked in drunk and made a better looking pizza. Placed an order on the app for pickup in the Portal at 4:50pm on a Sunday evening. The app said it would be ready between... 5:20pm-5:30pm. I arrived at 5:30pm, the order was not done yet. So I waited about ten minutes. I saw people walking in, paying,and leaving with their food. So I asked about my order, he asked how long ago I called, I said I placed my order on the appsince they don't offer the $5 hot N' ready anymore. I was then told they hadn't seen any app orders, I showed them the emailfrom my order and he said it was in the oven, this was about 5:45pm. Well 6pm rolls around and I ask again about my order, thatwas "in the oven" and he said it was just coming out of the oven. I ordered a extra-most-best pepperoni pizza, cheese bread, andgarlic bread, and 2 marinara sauce. They forgot the crazy bread so I had to wait for that to be made. When I got home, I noticedI was missing a marinara sauce, and they made me a regular pepperoni pizza. We will never be using this Little Caesars again.Over half an hour late in making our order and still screwed it up. Not to mention, the employees had questionable handwashingskills. Fast and convenient take out. Cashier was very nice. We finished paying already when my son asked if we can get a dip for the... pizza and I told him I think they charge. The cashier was so nice, he handed one to my son. Oh my goodness. Such a sweet thinghe did. I wish I remembered his name. We placed the order around 11:30am.
