Wonderful food. Best deep fried mushrooms on the planet. Great service. Not fast food. Expect to wait a couple of minutes for... your food to be cooked perfectly. It's totally worth it. Read more

Definitely a hidden gem. Burgers here are far better than any of the restaurants in Dayton and Virginia City. Gourmet-class food... in a unassuming atmosphere. Super nice folks. Check this place out on your way home to Dayton/Moundhouse or as you?re passingthrough between Fallon and Carson. Read more
The staff are amazing especially with all the challenges they face in such a business in this new post covidia world. All facts... available I see no reason why this is not the greatest sammich diner. Only gave 4 instead of 5 cuz nothing is ever quite perfectin this world so always room for improvements. But as far as those on hand at any time they all get 5 stars. If you ever needthe best food for any occasion these guys are the way to go. Give em a try. You may need to not be in a rush since they do getbusy and may be under staffed at that moment but trust me it's always well worth the wait. Read more

One bad experience can turn a 5 star review into 1 star. I'd give them less if I could. Where to start? I'm very upset. The... gentleman behind the counter at the register gave me a nasty look from the very moment he laid eyes on me when I entered therestaurant. I felt more than a bit uncomfortable as I got closer to him. I ignored the intimidating expression on his face andgave my order despite. He seemed like he had something to say and made no move to take down my order, so I turned on my speechparser in my phone (I'm deaf, but usually this isn't required since it's typically as simple as giving your order and waitingfor the food). Unfortunately, what he had to say was that 'he had no roast beef' and something along the lines of they aren'tserving any roast beef. Paired with his expression when I came in, I can only come to the most likely conclusion: that they hadroast beef, but none for me. This is the second time I've been persecuted, marginalized, and discriminated against. I suspectthis man has something against face masks. Probably resents having to wear them since 2020, maybe got kicked out of a businessfor refusing to wear one. He looked like the type who would deny service if you come in wearing a mask. I do it for my ownhealth (since I have heart disease) but also for everyone else's. Everyone's a little better off if at least one person wantsto wear a mask. Viruses and diseases won't go anywhere, as much as most might wish. The kindly woman who worked the kitchen andregister when I first went wasn't present today. I'm sure that she would have had some beef for me if she was on shift. She wasgreat. To the customers: if you have any respect for those who wear masks for the above reasons, please boycott this businessuntil they clean up their act. Read more
