I have always had great experiences at this location with quick service and great work. However, the past couple times I have... gone they are slow to work and more interested in socializing. I had to wait to even reach the drive-through window because thecashier was leaning out the window, talking to the person in the car in front of me for seven minutes. Then, once I reach thewindow the staff was gathered together to watch a tiktok video (acknowledged my presence, but waited to finish the video beforedressing me), they had my order wrong and had nearly charged me for two orders, instead of only mine, and then only proceeded tostart making my drink. Once I reminded them of what it was. After getting my drink and finally leaving, the first thing Irealized very quickly was that my coffee was mostly water and ice. I got a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, there is caramelat the bottom, but mostly taste like water down coffee with whip cream on top. I?m all about being social and enjoying your workenvironment but it can?t affect your work or productivity. Read more

Wrong order. Way over priced. Small apple juice ended up being about 4 oz. Without ice. Gave me grande coffee asked for small..... gave me coffee topped to the rim with dark as I asked for extra light. Couldn't pick up coffee as top flew off n as I saidimpossible to pick up. Too hot and coffee to the rim. They were down right rude when I said something n were Smirking as if theincident was funny. Read more

Other than getting in and out of this location coming from 75 and dodging the drive thru traffic, they are always a good spot to... grab coffee and get some work done remotely if you have to catch up on emails and/or make calls requiring notes or whateverwhile you?re on the road. Read more

Awful?.ordered thirty minutes ahead of time, just to get to the store to find the door is locked, the app says food was ready... ten minutes ago?. But I will have to get in line? after twenty minutes in line, this place is a joke and ran like a lemonadestand for toddlers not yet big enough to pour wouldn?t have ranted but the smart mouth on the employees was more than I couldtake! This place is always got something negative going on. They don't follow simple instructions. Multiple times received my "extra... hot" was warm. And they always seem to have the café closed. Terrible service and terrible prices. They always fix my son's drink wrong and then he won't drink it and I wasted 6 bucks on a... coffee . Convenient store coffee is better. Read more

Normally, I do not take the time to do this, but I feel that considering this is a fairly new starbucks, the customer service... should be a bit better. We went through the drive through and the barista (girl with long red hair) said ?I can?t hear you?while we were ordering. Because of this, we moved forward to the check out window and the two baristas that were inside hadtheir backs to the window the whole time, continuing to clean the counters for several minutes. Mind you, we are the onlycustomers there so it?s not like they were busy. Because of this, I asked my husband to honk because maybe they thought we hadleft. We honked, and still, no reaction. At this point, I am annoyed at the fact that it seemed like they were purposelyignoring us. I got down from the truck and decided to knock on the window. A barista by the name of Taniya approached, I askedif they hadn?t heard us? And she said no. I asked if we could order and she said no. I asked her is I could go inside and shesaid yes. As I an walking inside a barista by the name of Angie takes my order and I asked if she was the manager to which shesaid yes. I explained what happened to Which she apologized. After grabbing my order I see Taniya smiling and talking to theother barista with long red hair and I told her that I would hope that she wasn?t laughing at me or the situation, because theyshould both take the time to learn from their manager,Angie, and her customer service. Taniya reacted by saying repeatedly ?youcan leave? ?you can leave? ?you can leave? , and I walked out. The fact that this girl Taniya feels in her right to speak to acustomer like that, especially in front of a manager, says a lot about her work ethic. Her actions are also a reflection of hermanagement and of Starbucks. Keep in mind, No customer pays $6-8 dollars for a coffee. the customer pays $6-8 dollars for acoffee, a warm smile and nice attitude and THAT is not happening at this location right now.
