Worst service ever made online order I drove 20 minutes to pick up order drive 20 minutes back home realize out of an mvp... platter and ranch platter I have 2 eggs a pancake side of hash browns country fried steak a biscuit and toast so I drive 20minutes back to restaurant tell them what I?m missing they fix the missing food and send me on my way with cold food and did noteven offer a discount definitely not worth 30.00 will never eat there again. During our visit, my spouses food was sloppily thrown on the plate. She ordered a meat lovers omelet and added jalapenos. The... omelet was flat and laid over the top of her toppings. The bacon nor the sausage was cut up. When we brought it to the serversattention, she promptly went to the manager, who also cooks and attempted to get him to make it right. The manager startsgetting loud with the server refusing to make it right. We immediately tell the server it is fine, we don't want her and him tocause an even bigger scene than what was already happening. The server ended up in the bathroom, I'm assuming in tears. Thatmanager is rude, has no customer service knowledge and is just plain out NOT A NICE MAN!! We made sure the server was OK, put mywife's omelet together ourselves, ate our food and left. I hope the manager Jim (I believe was his name) is not there the nexttime we go to eat. We have been eating here once every 2 weeks and use to love the place. But unfortunately, we probably won'treturn because no server deserves to be talked to like that!! Read more
