I played golf nearby and stopped in afterwards for a late lunch based on positive reviews. Expectations EXCEEDED. The place... smelled great and I decided to try the Turkey & Fontina based on the recommendation of who I assume was the owner. Excellent isan understatement for this sandwich. Previous pizzas have always been fantastic. But ordered two tonight and Both pizzas had almost no trace of sauce on them. ... Peeled back the cheese on a few slices and there was no visible red sauce showing. Not sure what happened, but verydisappointed! Read more
A must try when visiting lake Winnipesaukee! The pizza was easily the best we have ever eaten (something about their pizza sauce... and fresh wholesome ingredients), salads were also delicious. Delicious pizza! The crust is amazing just thin enough, with a great bite. We had the special white, and it was perfectly... balanced, between the creaminess of the ricotta & mozzarella, the spiciness of the sausage, & the freshness of the rapini.So good. Nice selection of Italian products, olive oil, sauces, bread, meats & cheese. There is a selection of desserts/bakedgoods. They also have sandwiches, some take out Italian dishes, & wine/beer, beverages. This is my new favorite Italiantakeout, can't wait to go back! Read more
