I ordered a large pizza and cheese bread, they told me it wasn?t ready, so they said it would 15 mins. ok?Well, they brought me... the cheese bread and I told them I also had a pizza, I waited and waited until I drove back around to the pickup window and toldthem that I still haven?t got my pizza, so now the cheese bread is cold, they reimbursed me my money and still got NOPIZZA?.???????? Historically I have not been impressed with Pizza Hut but that was at the Decatur Alabama & Athens Alabama locations. I recently... moved back to Moulton Alabama and this is the third pizza I have ordered from the Moulton location since I moved back. The firsttwo were good. Although they weren't "great" they were still better than any pizza I've had at the Decatur & Athens locations.This most recent pizza I ordered on August 26th 2022 was not only the best pizza I've had at a Pizza Hut location but it wasprobably one of the best pizzas I've had in a very very long time. I'm usually very picky with food (especially pizza) but thisone was absolutely perfect. I didn't order any extra toppings such as extra cheese but the pizza looked like something from acommercial. If you happen to live in the Lawrence County area, I really think you should give them a try. I've never had a badpizza from this location (unlike Athens) but this one was absolutely perfect. The pizza was okay but the drive through service was lousy. I waited at the window for over 15 minutes before an employee even... spoke to me . I could be clearly seen by those inside. Read more

I placed the order about 11:am and waited and waited and waited. Finally at noon I was looking up the number to call and the... store called me. We were told the delivery driver had been in a fender bender and could not make delivery and it would be atleast an hour before they could deliver the same cold pizza but we could come and pick it up. We sent someone to pickup thesame cold pizza about 12:10 from 11am. As cold pizza goes it was okay but not satisfactory. I have compassion for the driverthat was involved in the fender bender (and was unhurt) but we could have been notified sooner to pick up and provided freshpizza and chicken wings instead of the same cold pizza from the original delivery. Upgraded to cheese bread sticks & got neither. Just cooked breadsticks with nothing. Not a big big deal but was a little... disappointed ..everything else was great Read more
