I was asked to pull up & wait for my Mocha Frappe, I pulled up, I ate my breakfast burrito, watched as they served 4 cars... behind me. I went inside to find out where my drink was & the little girl said she had no one waiting for a mocha frappe all thewhile it's sitting on the counter in front of her face !! She can keep that coffee drink & Joe Biden has a better chance ofbeing re elected in 2024 than they do of getting my business again!! We ordered 3 quarter pounder meals and all 3 were cold and completely raw in the centers. The cheese was cold like it was... straight from the cooler. Very disappointing! Read more
This McDonald?s is unfortunately the one in my town closest to my house. It has the slowest drive through that I have ever used,... and today I waited 20 minutes to get to order? I am not exaggerating? I was stuck in the line or I would have turned around andleft. All I wanted was 4 drinks? 2 Sweet Teas, a Coke, and a Dr Pepper. I had to ask at the speaker if they even had sweet tea,because half the time they are out or they just hand out unsweet.. they have sweet tea, she says? it takes another 8 minutes toget to the window for my drinks? they hadn?t made them yet? they only had enough tea for 1 drink? so now they ask me to pull upand wait for my other tea? well, I?m invested now, so I pull up? 9 more minutes and I finally get my order completed, and I canleave? yay! When I get home, they messed my order up!! They gave me two Dr. Peppers! Come on!! How do you mess up an order for 4drinks when you have almost 45 minutes to get it straight?? Would NOT recommend! i worked there and let me just say they're TRIFLING! the grills that the food is cleaned on is FILTHY! the ice cream machine is... nasty and stank, flies flying all around the machine and inside the machine ???? i wouldn't recommend. the machine the eggs arebeing cooked on is nasty! selling buns with mold! hair in food. let's not get on them dropping buns on the ground and picking itup and still using it! or then making food without using gloves! all the managers worry about is getting their times good, theydon't worry about the customers and try to make sure the customer is good before they leave they're just worried about stayingin green the whole time. the man that runs lunch has a nasty attitude! he's so rude and unkind. he rushes the customers from themoment they're in backcash till they get to the front window. you can't even check to make sure everything in your bag is rightwithout him yelling " have a good day " rude! i had covid and couldn't work until my weeks were up and all the gm and peoplesmanger was worried about was making sure they had enough people to work, not worrying about my health. i'll post pictures foryou guys. In the world of fast food, McDonald's is a disappointment. The food is at best acceptable, and thats on a good day. Most of my... visits are greeted with dry burgers and overly salted fries. Most of the employees try to deliver a pleasant experience, butmistakes are constantly made with orders. The employees will fix the order with little to no issue though. Overall theatmosphere feels cramped, grimy, and is by no means a relaxing location. Read more
