Employees are nice but the manager should not be a manager. She brings her personal life to work, makes Employees work over... their shift then leave early almost everyday, on top of that she'll make them work without day off and won't do her managerduties and expects the Employees to help her and do their own by themselves as well. My sandwich was cold, they made me wait to grab my pick up order until they were done helping 5 other guests and my sandwich was... sitting on their counter getting cold, found a hair in my sandwich. Read more

Food is good. Customer service can definitely be improved. Workers have been rude while ordering, which isn?t very great.

I was going to mark this place down to 4 stars because IT IS and always HAS BEEN EXPENSIVE (ridiculously!) But everything is... always awesome and tasty! The kids jump up and down to go here, and what can I say! It's capitalism baby! I just only take mydaughter here twice a year vs every other weekend (if a cup of frozen yogurt were $6 vs $10) But it's a big town and if everypatent visits twice a year that explains why they're still in business! (But not expanding) So 5 stars quality here! Read more

Food is good but the customer service is horrible. The staff move like zombies. They ignore any form of compliment or basic... human communication outside of what I'd like on a sandwich. On many occasions I've had to repeat what topping I wanted becausethey either dont listen or start talking to someone in the middle of my order and ignore me. I've always been polite and justfigured everyone was having a bad day but after multiple visits and still no change in service I will take my business elseware. Read more
