They've removed the buffet and according to the manager there's no plans of having it returned (the setup is still there). They... also block off a large section to sit near the bathrooms (tables and chairs wrapped up). I will not be returning. Claudia was my drive thru person. She not only messed up my order but made me pay for sauce because... apparently hot tenders don?t get a dipping sauce, but on top of that the lady had given me fries when I said mashed potatoes. Sowhy would I not be allowed 1 free dipping sauce?? But now I have mashed potatoes, fries and Mac cheese. So I paid for a bunch ofextra stuff and sauce because she doesn?t know how to take an order. It was okay. We wanted the grilled option, but they didn't have it. Overall it was like 40$ and wasnt that good. Very greasy.
Went through the drive through ordered a famous bowl and some drinks. They read it back correctly and wrong it up correctly but... did not give us the right order. I got a nasty Mac and cheese bowl instead. Read more

Ate at the buffet today with my fam and it was pretty good! It's 10.99 for adults and comes with a drink and biscuit. They were... awesome about keeping the chicken cleared until customers ordered the buffet , so we got freshhhhh chicken! The extra crispychicken was sooo goood!! They have 3 different types of chicken available. The buffet has a small salad bar with a batch of Coleslaw! The other side is filled with mashed potatoes, gravy, fried okra, potato wedges, green beans, chicken pot pie soup, bakedbeans and 2 bomb desserts! The only thing I wish, is that they brought out fresh batches of the potato wedges and okra becausethose items are my fave, but I should have asked!! 2nd Update: I did go back and got the free Go-cup and it was all fresh and delicious. Apparently it depends on the time of day... on whether or not the food is fresh. 1st Update: Went in and chicken was just nasty and the biscuit was dry and overcooked Won't be going to this KFC again. Chicken is so good, but popcorn chicken could have been meatier and the wedges cut thicker sothey aren't so crunchy. Root beer float was spendy and not much ice cream, but was delicious. Mashed potatoes and gravy isalways the best. Coupon for a free Go-cup if you complete a survey. Buffet looked really good. Read more
The staff was very helpful and kind when I accidentally ordered the wrong item, they resolved it quickly and with a smile.
