It was terrible, I went through the drive through and when I got to the window was told I couldn't have the milkshake, that's... fine so a lemonade. Checked my meal before leaving the parking lot, the fries dripping with grease and not fully cooked. Took 1bite of my chicken sandwich and took everything but my lemonade back in for a refund. Was treated disrespectful by the younggirl. But the young man who completed the transaction was polite. I don't know if this is a Moses Lake issue ???? because myexperience at Arby's the day before was worse than this. Makes it tough when working out of town, to find good food and service. Read more

We stopped by for lunch. No line in the drive through which was great. They gave us our order quickly, but did not include... napkins. For a restaurant known for MESSY BURGERS that seemed odd. We had to go back to the window and ask for napkins. Noapologies were offered by staff for their oversight. - I ordered a bunless Famous Star burger. The pictures on the menu showedleafy lettuce but we only got iceberg. Definitely not the same experience for my palate! - My husband was happy with his burger,though. Read more
Clean, quite, and peaceful. The chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce was amazing as was the Bacon Beast Burger. The cashier was... very professional and courteous, and greeted us with a smile which is rarely done anywhere these days. I think she was beingtrained, regardless she was was doing a fantastic job as was the crew. We got our food within minutes and it was fresh! Read more
