I think this was the worst Burger King drive through experience I?ve had. The drive through attendant could not get the order... right even after repeating it time and time again. When we were at the window half the order was left off. We had to reorder atthe window and wait in the parking lot. I had two charges on credit cards and the first charge was overcharged by $3. Before I could enjoy the Texas Double Whopper sandwich I ordered, I had to rebuild it. The lettuce, tomato slices, pickle and... jalapeno slices were just thrown on and were all on one side of the sandwich. When I unwrapped it, half of the veggies were justlaying in the wrapper. Just a little more care and a few seconds more time would have prevented this. The sandwich, once Ireassembled it, was good. So the restaurant lost a star on this visit's rating. I begin my ratings at three stars and adjustfrom there. Three stars indicates that my expectations were met. It's my average rating. When something regarding the food orservice disappoints me the rating is lowered to two or one star. When I'm pleasantly surprised, a star or two can be added. Read more

Well I asked for my fries and chicken nuggets to be fresh and hot . when I got then the were Barley warm . I was in the drive... thru. so I went inside and told them and they made them again.. much happier. Read more
This location sucks. I ordered 2 ham, egg n cheese biscuits a few days ago, and they were burnt. I literally just went there... again, ordered the same thing, asked that they make sure the biscuits aren't burnt, nd I got burnt biscuits and they aresausage. I asked for ham. Best managed Burger King I?ve been to in a long time. Mason is awesome at customer service. Restaurant was clean and warm!
