We really like their food but their customer service for take out orders is always terrible. I have been hung up on and my food... is never ready when they say it will be. I always end up waiting another 20 to 30 minutes longer (usally a total of an hour anda half). Today we were told it would be an hour wait, which was fine, and that if it got done earlier they would call us.Instead we showed up a little over an hour later to pick up our food and it wasn't made and we were told we would have to waitanother hour. Because someone at the restaurant wrote the ticket wrong. Their only response was that they could start it now andwe could wait. We have given them several chances and it has not gotten better which is really unfortunate. Read more
After a bad lunch experience in a near by restaurant, tried this for dessert. Loved it. Tried two dishes mango sticky rice and... black pudding with ice cream. Loved it. Especially the mango sticky rice was out of the world. The mango fresh and juicy.Reminded me of what we get it India. Also the black pudding was decent. The presentation of the spring rolls was very impressive. They were freshly made and delicious, accomplished by the warmed... peanut dressing. The Cashew Nut Chicken lunch special was very flavorful with lot's of cashews and baby corn. The portionswere very generous. We're looking forward to our next trip through Moscow for lunch at Suchada's! Read more
This place is so good, every time. I?ve probably reviewed it before but this duck curry deserves both sets of 5 stars so it?s... fine. The honey walnut shrimp were also very tasty. Go here, get duck curry, be happy. Read more
The food overall was very nice. Chicken Satay was perfectly cooked and the peanut sauce was flavorful. The eggrolls were lite... and crispy. Orange chicken sauce a little runny and not very spicy, but the cook was very good. Pretty expensive for what it wasbut would recommend. Read more
We had a wonderful experience at Suchada tonight! We were greeted warmly by our server, Madi, and she gave us excellent... recommendations and highlighted some of the chef?s specials. She provided exceptional service throughout the meal and deliveredamazing Avocado Rolls, Chicken Satay with delicious peanut sauce, and Pad Thai with the perfect level of spice (3!). We have anew date night restaurant and are so happy to have this wonderful restaurant in Moscow! Read more
First, I'm a stuckup New Yorker. (Not really on the stuckup part). I'm very picky about food. I know good food when I taste it... and will call out lousy food in a NY minute. This restaurant is fantastic. Plain and simple. Absolutely loved the food whenwe visited relatives. Going again in August 2022. Can't wait to eat here again. Update. Last visit was slightlydisappointing. We heard the waitress tell another table they just sold their last dish of orange chicken which was to us. Thetime before that my original review pertained to, it was outstanding. This time unfortunately it was dry and tasteless. Read more
