This is the worst culvers I have been to. My food is always wrong or burnt. The wait time is crazy even when you order ahead. We... live in the area and usually drive out of our way for Culvers but now we will always be driving out of our way to avoid thisone. Skokie Blvd is much better. That's not even the worst part about this culvers. There's this old guy named Richard whounfortunately is working there every time I'm there. He's extremely rude and condescending to employees and customers. I came infor a online take out order and my food sat on the counter for 27 minutes while I stood there waiting for ice cream. He snappedat me when I asked about the wait because who wants cold food?? I don't understand how management can allow an employee like himto not even just work there but talk to customers and run a cash register? Sorry. I'm not spending any more of my money hereuntil that man is gone. I asked for a double drink caddy for my four beverages and the nice kid put one on and started handingit to me when Richard grabbed it and said "he doesn't need two" and proceeds to tear the two cardboard caddy apart IN FRONT OFME. The people who worked there were shining, so friendly and helpful. I was sad the burger at culver's has lost it's warm buttery... bun. My bun was cold and sort of dry... made the rest of the burger feel sort of room temperature. Nice onion rings and massiveshake (replaced for soda). Read more
The older ?gentleman? (for lack of a better word) who works the drive thru was extremely rude to me because he didn?t know how... to do his own job. He had an attitude for no reason and was quite honestly incompetent. I kindly tried to advised him how toaccept Apple Pay and what I got in return was ?I know how to do it. I?ve done this many times? in a passive aggressive tone.Obviously he didn?t because it took him 5 minutes to do something that takes 30 seconds only after his coworker showed him howto do it. The food looks great and tastes like what you would expect. The problem is the fountain drink. Each time I filled it up there... was black things floating in the cup. I don?t know if it?s from the ice or soda. Yuck. Read more
Culver's is middle of the road fast food. The burgers are okay, a little salty for my taste. They have some unusual offerings... like fried cod and beef pot roast, which is actually pretty good. Their frozen custard is very good and comes in many flavors. The staff is nice and competent. This location is always pretty clean. If you want a little change from the other fast foodchains, this is a good place to go. Read more
