Read the reviews! I bit into my steak I got from my steak bowl and it was COLD. Now I?m seriously questioning the quality... control at this specific location as all the other reviews have warned. Under-fried chips, constantly missing sides from a quesadilla meal and bowls, excessively burnt chicken, this location... constantly does this every time we order. this place is very close to where I live so I go often... I've had issues before, but today was the last time I will ever go in... again. I bit into a close to raw piece of chicken. I can?t wrap my head around what just took place at this Chipotle. I go in as usual to buy a quesadilla meal and a flour... barbacoa taco and what Happens next is unbelievable- they made me upload the app in order to buy my quesadilla, on top of this Iasked for a guacamole and I get a whole half of a hard avocado and I get a cold barbacoa taco, not joke, cold meat and hard. I?mso upset, I have to small kids in the car waiting for me and it literally took them from start to finish about 35 mins for myorder to be made and I get home to sit and eat, to my surprise all that I asked for was either cold, hard, not processedproperly leaving me with out dinner due to it closing 30mins later. I literally had a shorter trip to the DMV this morning than trying to pick up a mobile order here. After sitting there for 25... minutes watching 30-40 people come in and order at the counter and leave with their food, you'd think they'd just let me do thesame so I could leave too. My mother came into the store and there weren?t many customers. We got to the register and the employee gave attitude after my... mother had reminded her to label the bowls.
