They are barely open in the mornings. I have been to this location 3 days in a row and they were not open one of those times... the lights were on and I saw people and no one answered the intercom and the people once I drove to leave all of a sudden wasnot able to be seen anymore. It's always something wrong going on... either the drive thru isn't working & you have to go inside or the system is down... completely. The dine in area is always unsatisfactory; you as a customer have to clean an area for yourself. Management is goodwith customer service but the staff isn't. They seemed drained, irritated, just don't want to be there, & most of the timenever following the proper greeting & exting of customers. Food tastes good but a lot of times it's the wrong item or theydisregard your requests and just give how they want to. This is anytime of the day. So, I used to come here before they remodeled and everything changed. When I came to visit and dine in, it was a horrible visit.... The food was great. First the doors were locked at 3 in the afternoon and there were people inside getting orders. When I waslet in a worker stated with a bad attitude that there was a reason the doors were locked and not to let anyone in anymore. At 3in the afternoon! So I ordered my food and went to wait and nearly slipped on the wet floor. When they called for me, anotherworker who was polite handed me my food and my chocolate frosty that I had ordered a large, but got what looked like a mediumsized one. Thinking that they had misheard me and politely reminded them I ordered a large. They told me that it was a large.That the size of the frosty cups changed. I found it strange but since I hadn?t been to a Wendy?s in months I decided not toargue. Another costumer was just as confused as me. In fact all the costumers inside were confused and irritated abouteverything going on like the locked doors. I decided to leave and eat out quietly and peacefully and try to enjoy what I havebut for everyone: I am thoroughly disappointed at what I have seen here, especially as a place that hold childhood memories forme. While the food was delicious and I ate it all, the service towards costumers need extreme improvement. I would rate ithigher but I believe that this needs to addressed and and fixed ASAP.
